The Centenary Building is a large covered space available to hire by the hour, for a full day, or for evening use. It provides a flexible venue suitable for a wide range of indoor activities, group events, and training sessions.

The building also offers a valuable sheltered space for campers in the event of poor weather, allowing planned activities to continue indoors if outdoor plans need to be rearranged.

Within the building is a toilet block with fully accessible facilities, together with covered hot water washing-up areas, providing convenient amenities for campers and visitors using the site.
