About the Opportunity:BTL Industries is seeking motivated, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing Medical Device Sales team across North AmericaFind out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.We are looking for competitive individuals with proven outside sales experience, strong cold-calling skills, and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.This opportunity is ideal for ambitious sales professionals looking to advance their careers in the medical device and aesthetics industry.Candidates with 2+ years of aesthetics sales experience may qualify for an elevated sales position.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.At least 2 years of proven outside sales experience.Strong background in cold calling, prospecting, and new business development.Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.Strong organizational and management skills.Ability to conduct in-person sales activities throughout the assigned territory.Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including 50% overnights, to conduct in-person sales meetings, product demonstrations, visits, etc.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or capital equipment sales.Experience selling to physicians, medical practices, or healthcare professionals.Established track record of exceeding sales quotas.Knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry.Elevated Sales Opportunities: Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant aesthetics sales experience may be considered for higher-level sales positions based on qualifications and experience.About BTL IndustriesFounded in 1993, BTL Industries is a privately owned developer and manufacturer of Physiotherapy, Cardiology, and Aesthetic Equipment.
