Role Description The Head of Content & Media is a part-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for remote work given the candidate’s experience and expertise. This role leads the strategy, creation, and execution of content across all brand channels, including social media, website, email, and paid media.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, directing and producing photo and video shoots, writing and editing copy, and overseeing visual storytelling that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values. The individual in this role will work with our Creative Coordinator to manage and coordinate with creatives, freelancers, and partners, analyze performance metrics, and refine content and media strategies.

• experience in content strategy and planning for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

• Strong skills in copywriting and storytelling for web, email, and social media, with an ability to adapt tone and style to the brand.

• Experience in social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices.

• Proficiency in directing and producing visual content (photo, video, short-form media)

• Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and basic analytics or performance tracking.

• Familiarity with tools such as social media schedulers, content management systems, and creative suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) is beneficial.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a part-time environment.

• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Tampa, FL, including on-site work for shoots, events, and team collaboration.

• Prior experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce content is a plus, as is experience building emerging or boutique brands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion, or related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
